Volunteering at the Kids Arty Farty Festival in
2011
Join us at the Kids Arty Farty Festival on
Sunday 27 March 2011!
On Sunday March 27 Friends of Banyule will hold an information
stall about the proposed NE Link Freeway together with Warringal
Conservation Society at Sills Bend, Heidelberg (Melway Ref: 32
C4).
We are looking for volunteers who can help with the
stall in 2 hour shifts from 10am to 4pm, particularly during the
busy times.
Assist with merchandise sales, membership subscriptions
and recruitment of volunteers for the State Parliament
Petition.
To support the information stall please reply to
friendsofbanyule@gmail.com with
the times you can be available from and a contact phone
number.
If you have not volunteered with us before we will
provide you with information on questions you may get asked from
the general public. Experienced members also will work at the stall
throughout the day to field questions and facilitate general
discussion.
We will also help to support the Warringal
Conservation Society's Kids activities for the day.
Please RSVP by 20 March 2011.
